How your Pact works
Step 1
Choose your season
Decide who the Pact is for, what they are working toward, and whether the season will run for 6, 8, or 12 weeks.
Step 2
Set up your host-led space
AccLounge prepares your private Pact and roster. You define the purpose, invite your members, and lead the season in the way that fits your group.
Step 3
Invite your people
Your members receive access to your Pact. They use it to set goals, track tasks, share updates, and stay visible through the season.
Step 4
Run the rhythm that fits your group
Use Pact alongside your calls, workshops, co-working sessions, coaching program, cohort, or community rhythm. You decide how often your group gathers and what support looks like.
Step 5
Close or begin another season
At the end of the season, the Pact closes cleanly. If you want to continue, with the same people or a new group, you start a new season with a new host fee.

How many people can join a Pact?
Each Pact currently supports up to 15 members.
How long does a Pact run?
You choose a season length between 6 and 12 weeks based on your group's purpose and rhythm.
Do I have to run live calls?
No. You decide how your group gathers, if at all. Some hosts use the circle alongside calls or co-working sessions; others use it within an existing program or cohort.
What does AccLounge handle?
AccLounge sets up the private Pact, supports your roster, and provides the accountability tools your group uses during the season. You host the Pact, lead the relationship, and decide how your group gathers. AccLounge does not facilitate your calls, coach your members, or run the season for you.
Does AccLounge lead or facilitate my Pact?
No. Pact is host-led. You lead your own people and choose the rhythm of the season. AccLounge provides the private accountability infrastructure, setup support, and host tools.
Can members message each other privately?
No. Members use the shared circle feed to post updates and encouragement. Hosts can message members directly when needed.
Can I run another season with the same group?
Yes. When the current season ends, you can begin a new Pact season with the same group or invite a new one. Each new season has its own host fee.
Is this open to the public?
No. Pacts are invite-only and built specifically for the group you bring.
