How your Pact works
Step 1
Choose your season
Decide who the Pact is for, what they are working toward, and whether the season will run for 6, 8, or 12 weeks.
Step 2
Set up your host-led space
AccLounge prepares your private Pact and roster. You define the purpose, invite your members, and lead the season in the way that fits your group.
Step 3
Invite your people
Your members receive access to your Pact. They use it to set goals, track tasks, share updates, and stay visible through the season.
Step 4
Run the rhythm that fits your group
Use Pact alongside your calls, workshops, co-working sessions, coaching program, cohort, or community rhythm. You decide how often your group gathers and what support looks like.
Step 5
Close or begin another season
At the end of the season, the Pact closes cleanly. If you want to continue, with the same people or a new group, you start a new season with a new host fee.

Built for groups that already have a reason to gather
Coaches and practitioners (1–3 groups)

One simple host fee

How to think about the fee
Set it against what one member pays you for a season.
Then set it against what you do now. The reminders you send by hand. The spreadsheet you rebuild every week. The people you chase one at a time because there is nowhere for them to be visible to each other.
Every season is time-bound. If you begin another season, even with the same group, you book a new Pact and pay a new season fee.

Honest questions
How many people can join a Pact?
Each Pact currently supports up to 15 members.
Does the price change with my group size?
No. Each Pact is fixed by season length and capped at 15 members to keep the room personal and conversational. If you run a larger cohort or community, you can run multiple concurrent Pacts — for example, parallel pods or breakout tracks. Each room has its own private roster and season fee.
Can I manage multiple small groups at once?
Yes. Many hosts run 2 to 5 concurrent rooms. Your host view lets you monitor each room without getting buried in dozens of separate chat threads.
What if I have more than 5 groups or an entire organization?
Pact is designed for hosts running 1 to 5 active rooms. If you need 6 or more, email hello@acclounge.org and we will talk through whether it is a good fit.
How long does a Pact run?
You choose a season length between 6 and 12 weeks based on your group's purpose and rhythm.
Do I have to run live calls?
No. You decide how your group gathers, if at all. Some hosts use their Pact alongside calls or co-working sessions; others use it within an existing program or cohort.
What does AccLounge handle?
AccLounge sets up the private Pact, supports your roster, and provides the follow-through tools your group uses during the season. You host the Pact, lead the relationship, and decide how your group gathers. AccLounge does not facilitate your calls, coach your members, or run the season for you.
Does AccLounge lead or facilitate my Pact?
No. Pact is host-led. You lead your own people and choose the rhythm of the season. AccLounge provides the private follow-through infrastructure, setup support, and host tools.
Can members message each other privately?
No. Members use the shared Pact feed to post updates and encouragement. Hosts can message members directly when needed.
Can I run another season with the same group?
Yes. When the current season ends, you can begin a new Pact season with the same group or invite a new one. Each new season has its own host fee.
Does Pact integrate with Circle or Kajabi?
Not directly — Pact works alongside your existing community platform. Import your cohort by CSV, share your Pact join link in Circle, Kajabi, or email, and export a season summary to bring back into your community.
Is this open to the public?
No. Pacts are invite-only and built specifically for the group you bring.
